Jesse is super friendly and helpful. We’ve called him twice now — once for a water softener replacement and again for an emergency service right after Thanksgiving. Master Plumbing came out to a blocked drain in my septic system. He cleared the drain and put in a new pipe where the pipe belly was that was causing our problem. He showed us the belly on his camera that was causing the problem and after he installed the new section. He was at all times polite and gentlemanly. Jesse did an amazing job. I called him because my septic pump in the basement was backing up and he was very willing to talk to me about my problem and help diagnose the issue.  He showed up promptly. He was able to fix everything and get us up and running again. We are very appreciative of everything he did. He didn't take advantage of us and his pricing was very fair. We called around to other plumbers but none of them cared enough to work us into their schedules. One told us he would show up but then ditched us saying he didn't "realize" we wanted service. Another said they couldn't come out for a week. I called and he came out next day. He diagnosed the shower was leaking, which in turn destroyed our water heater. He repaired the shower leak, then installed a new water heater. He advised that the water heater should be moved to avoid the same issue in the future. He answered all the questions I had without issue, no eye rolling, no annoyed answers. He was very professional the entire time. I can't say enough about Jesse at MPS. I had a septic backup on a Sunday filled my basement floor with the worst of all things feces. We called MPS and he was there in less than 45 minutes, he assessed my system i explained to him what I had tried to do already and he promptly isolated the issue and freed up the clog. He wasn't more than an hour to do it and ended up finding a larger issue in the piping system which must be addressed because it is the underlying issue that caused most of the problems we have had. Omg he was amazing. He came out the next day to replace out hot water heater cause the shower above apparently had a leak for a while and we didn’t know was happening. He came out fixed the leak and replaced the water heater and he moved it out from under the shower so it doesn’t leak. He was super nice and did amazing and fantastic work. My septic dosing tank alarm went off and i called master plumbing services to diagnose the problem. They were onsite first thing in the morning and able to trobleshoot the problem and replace my pump(gould), switches and properly mount a new junction box. He tested system and cleaned out all sand mound ports as well for a very reasonable price in one day.
